**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements for various roles.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools.
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
