- Suggest and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests promptly and engage them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about drinks and menu items.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and escalate issues to management if necessary.
- **Bar Maintenance**:

- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Restock inventory, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Cash Handling and Record Keeping**:

- Process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, tabs, and inventory usage.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist in training new bar staff as needed.
