**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield estimations.
- Optimize solar project efficiency, analyzing data for improvements and innovations.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive seamless execution.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis for projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and policy changes.
- Provide guidance on sustainability strategies and renewable energy best practice

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in solar project development, engineering, and operations.
- Strong knowledge of PV systems, grid integration, and energy storage solutions.
- Proficiency in solar software tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, HOMER).
- Solid understanding of regulatory policies, permitting processes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
