Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with large institutional and industrial customers, including

IPPs, developers, and key accounts.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve assigned volume, revenue, and

profitability targets.

  • Expand and manage the distribution/channel network for solar panels and cells; onboard

and strengthen partnerships with dealers, distributors, and EPC players.

  • Identify and build relationships with large institutional and industrial customers, including

IPPs, developers, and key accounts.

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide inputs to refine product positioning and pricing

strategies.

  • Lead and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring capability building and consistent

performance delivery.

Preferred candidate profile


• MBA with 13 18 years of total sales experience with min 3 years in the

solar industry (panels, cells, modules, or EPC solutions) - Direct and Channels


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Prior experience in team management with demonstrated leadership capability.


• Start-up mindset with the ability to open new markets and drive business growth.


• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship orientation.


• Desire to increase expertise in solar manufacturing and technology landscape.
