The role requires strong industry expertise, deep client relationships, and the ability to manage large EPCs, developers, and institutional clients in the renewable energy sector.Key Responsibilities- Lead sales and revenue growth for solar module business in the defined territory. - Manage and expand relationships with top EPC companies, developers, PSUs, and distributors. - Develop strategic account plans and ensure achievement of annual sales targets. - Negotiate high-value contracts and long-term agreements with key customers. - Identify emerging opportunities, build business pipelines, and drive conversions. - Provide regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and competitor intelligence. - Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, MBA, or related field. - Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales/business development, with at least 4–5 years in solar modules or renewable energy. - Strong network with senior decision-makers in EPCs, developers, and government bodies. - Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and exceeding revenue targets. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
