We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and skilled Pharma Sales Telecallers to join our team and help promote our products to healthcare professionals, wholesalers, and distributors.

Role Overview: As a Pharma Sales Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, provide information about our pharmaceutical products, and assist in building lasting relationships with customers. You will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, focusing on telephonic communication to increase product awareness and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, including doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.

Promote and sell a wide range of pharmaceutical products over the phone.

Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on inquiries.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.

Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM software.

Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.

Stay updated with the latest products, industry trends, and competition.

Provide support for promotional campaigns and product launches.

Follow all ethical and legal standards when dealing with clients and distributing information.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry standards, and regulations is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
