**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

**Location**: Motia Plaza, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

**Qualification**: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Pharma background will be an added advantage)

**Experience**: 2-5 years preferred (Fresh MBAs with strong skills may also be considered)

**Salary Range**: ₹22,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and expand the customer base.
- Promote company products and services, with a focus on pharma/healthcare industry clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of pharma industry sales & marketing trends (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
- Result-driven with ability to meet targets under deadlines.
