*Key Responsibilities:*
- Experience in Personal Care, Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical Industries.
1. *Lead Generation:*
- Conduct proactive cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Utilize various channels, databases, and tools for sourcing new prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target market to identify potential clients.
2. *Client Engagement:*
- Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
- Present company products/services effectively, highlighting value propositions.
- Build and nurture relationships through follow-up communications.
- Acquire new clients through mailers, cold calling, and LinkedIn.
3. *Sales Pipeline Management:*
- Manage CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress regularly.
- Ensure a healthy and qualified sales pipeline of new leads and closures.
4. *Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with the marketing team for aligned efforts and strategies.
- Work closely with other departments for smooth lead transition.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing to overall growth strategy.
