- **Employer Relations**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national employers.
- Identify new placement opportunities and maintain an updated database of employer contacts.
- Coordinate employer visits and campus recruitment drives.
- **Student Support**:

- Assist students in career planning and job search strategies.
- Conduct resume workshops, mock interviews, and other preparatory sessions.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to help students identify and pursue career goals.
- **Placement Activities**:

- Organize and manage on-campus and off-campus placement events.
- Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum and student needs.
- Track and report on placement statistics, including job offers, acceptance rates, and employer feedback.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student placements and employer interactions.
- Prepare and disseminate placement-related reports to stakeholders.
- Manage placement budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance placement opportunities.
- Participate in relevant industry events and career fairs to promote the institution’s placement program.
- Stay updated with industry trends and employment practices.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with career services software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and students.
- Knowledge of current job market trends and employment practices.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
