
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate the company's construction services and products to clients, highlighting their benefits and competitive advantages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management, reporting progress on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that client expectations are met during project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and deals in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's market presence.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the construction market, project life cycles, and sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience selling construction services, materials, or equipment.
- Familiarity with construction project bidding and tender processes.
- Existing network of contacts in the construction industry.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,580.80 per month
