We are in the lookout for a Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. You will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

**JOB SCOPE**:
1.Develop the Pricing Strategy for the Decor vertical across cities to achieve optimal Conversion and Margins

2.**Lead a project and plan for Decor project executions**

3.Work along with Sales, Procurement, Execution & Warehouse teams to ensure successful project execution and great customer experience

4.Build and maintain vendor relations to ensure reliable sourcing of materials and optimise for cost

5.Responsible for planning and utilisation of Inventory for peak and non peak seasons in context of the weddings industry

6.Mentor a team of associates and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1.**Proven experience (3- 6 yrs) in Operations or Strategy management**

2.**Experience of leading small to medium sized teams is preferred**

3.**Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must**. MBA degree in Operations or related fields is preferred

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and discipline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
