**Objectives of this role**
- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
- Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling
- Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller
- Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions, and follow up with customers

**Responsibilities**
- Memorise scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while Tele-calling
- Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
- Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during Tele-calling
- Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while Tele-calling
- Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
- Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
