**Job Description:IT Sales/Online Bidder (Remote)**
**Timing-4 PM to 12 AM**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Identification**: Actively search for and identify potential web, mobile app, and software development projects through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
- **Bid Preparation**: Conduct thorough research on client requirements, project scope, and industry trends. Prepare comprehensive and persuasive bid proposals, highlighting your company's capabilities, experience, and value proposition.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients. Negotiate with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions for projects.
- **Bid Management**: Track and manage the bidding process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, development, project management) to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in online bidding for web, mobile app, and software development projects.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and analyze market trends and client needs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a specific industry or domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce).
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with proposal writing and presentation skills.
