Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager - Compliance Qualification: Semi Qualified/ Qualified CS Work location: Lower Parel

What we are looking for:
1. Supervision on timely submission to SEBI/ Stock Exchange-related compliances (BSE/NSE listing and periodic returns).

2. Monitoring of certain SEBI compliances by issuer companies on daily basis and reporting of the same.

3. Reviewing various reports and identifying breaches/ violations of regulatory and statutory provisions.

4. Monitoring of NesL filings, default monitoring, and Default updation on NSDL portal, DLT portal.

5. Monitoring and ensuring that the Issuer companies adhere to applicable compliances & continuous monitoring of the performance (ability to service the debt securities) of the issuer companies to protect the interest of the Investors/ Debenture holders.

6. Checking website of Regulators and collect data for ERP update.

7. Maintaining MIS related to compliances/trackers related to NCD’s.

8. Due Diligence activity w.r.t. NCD issuance, engaging with the CA firms, valuers, TSR

9. Liasoning with the internal teams on an ongoing basis

10. Knowledge of SEBI (LODR) regulations, SEBI (NCS) regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
