Admin Front Office Executive

**Role Definition**
**Experience**
Minimum 5+ years' experience in Admin role or similar role
**Qualification**
**Preference**
- Experience in Architectural / Interior Firm or Consultancy will be preferred
- _**Immediate joiners will be preferred**_
**Responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, and record-keeping
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and Petty Cash Management
- Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Maintain Attendance/Biometrics database
- Facility management and ensure smooth office functioning
- Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and other office-related tasks
- Manage reception desk activities, including attending calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Admin executive or in a similar role in a consulting firm
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
**Pay: ₹20,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 per month**
