**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-3 years in Dispatch/Logistics

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor daily driver dispatch activities
- Assign loads and routes to drivers efficiently
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates
- Resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch software/systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Dispatcher (preferably in trucking/logistics)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask
- Familiarity with dispatch software and MS Office tools
- Good knowledge of routes, load planning, and US/Canada trucking regulations is an asset
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (remote)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
