We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented surgery medical coders to join our team In this work-from-home position, you will be responsible for assigning accurate medical codes to surgical procedures based on patient records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze surgical reports and assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of coded data
- Stay up-to-date on coding guidelines and regulations
- Meet deadlines and production quotas

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in surgery medical coding
- Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy

**Training**:
This position requires a mandatory 20-day training program at our office location (choose from Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, or Shillong). Following successful completion of training, you will be able to transition to working from home.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
