- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with US-based hiring managers to understand client requirements, job descriptions, and qualifications for open positions.
- **Negotiation**: Assist in salary negotiations, offer presentation, and facilitate the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with knowledge of US hiring processes, job portals, and work visas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:
