**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting (preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment).
- Experience recruiting for roles such as software developers, data analysts, network engineers, cybersecurity experts, system administrators, etc.
- **Technical Understanding**: A solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and certifications (such as AWS, Azure, Java, Python, etc.).
- **Tools**: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
