Opportunity with a Real Estate company. **Designation - CP Sourcing** **Experience - 4 to 5 years** **Location - Dahisar/ Powai/ Bandra/ Versova/ Juhu** **CTC - 6 to 7 LPA** **Qualification - Graduation** - Operate Channel partners in allocated territory - Ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects - Constant travel in and around the specified territory to manage Channel partners and active market leads. - Achieve sales target aligned with respective product line. - To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners - Manage channel partner to meet desired revenue targets. - Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners - Regularly train the channel partners for better results and ensure regular reporting. - Ensure business growth and proper competitive data collections. - Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners - Ensuring their day to day grievances are addressed. - Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience - Should be graduate with good communications skills. - Should have 2 to 3 yrs of experience handling channel partner sales in assigned location **Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Channel Partner Sales: 4 years (preferred) - Real Estate: 4 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
