Infrastructure Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Infrastructure Executive for our Malad location who will be responsible for the day-to-day management, upkeep, and improvement of physical infrastructure and facilities to ensure a smooth and safe operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily upkeep and maintenance of the campus infrastructure including classrooms, labs, office space, furniture, lighting, and air conditioning.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, servicing, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Ensure timely execution of housekeeping, pest control, waste management, and other facility services.
Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, internet) and ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
Manage campus security systems including CCTV, fire safety equipment, and access controls.
Maintain records of maintenance schedules, asset inventory, and facility-related expenses.
Assist with classroom setups, student events, seminars, and other on-site activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
Support infrastructure needs for admissions drives, academic functions, and guest sessions.
Coordinate with central operations and IT teams for equipment installations and system updates.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
