
Bdm/sales/marketing (Female Candidate Require)

1. Create a effective strategy, identifying prospects for product and services of company.
2. Winning businesses and growing brand recognition across the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceuticals, Biopharmaceutical, Medical devices, clean rooms filters, CQV, CSV product and services.
3. Design and implementing digital marketing strategy, company network for national and international clients.
4. Achieve provided yearly sales targets approximate 1cr.
5. Prepare and attain presentation for client kickoff meeting.
6. Answering client queries about product specifications, usage and services.
7. Promote promotion, selling, product management, marketing information management, pricing, financing and distribution of the product and services.
8. Streamline the product marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, customer marketing and new business marketing and documentation in compliance with ISO.
9. Daily new customer follow upto min 15 nos to grow the business (telephonic conversation).
10. Attain PMECH, Cphl etc. exhibition at national and international (if require) to aquire new clients for company.
11. Introduce company on digital platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, you tube etc. and manage end to end social media marketing.
12. Increase the new and existing client / customer with regular follow up for new and any additional services.
13. Perform the end to end order execution, reporting & on time payment collection.
14. Provide post sales support, grievance redressle, client satisfaction and retention.
15. Preparing and submit MIS, sales reports, tracking process status and profitability.
16. Provide training to peer, subordinate and superior on sales techniques, marketing, BD processes. (if require).
17. Work flexibility as per company requirements.
18. Search for customer/ clients (Lead Generation, Data Search, Market research, Cold calling, mailing etc.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
