**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves market research, sales strategies, and lead generation to achieve revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Sales Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business expansion goals.
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into long-term business relationships.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

**3. Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Develop business plans and sales forecasts based on market insights.
- Identify potential sectors and industries for business expansion.

**4. Branding & Promotion**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking gatherings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Enhance brand visibility and reputation through strategic partnerships.

**5. Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Evaluate performance metrics and suggest improvements for business growth.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build business relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific expertise, e.g., real estate, IT, hospitality, manufacturing, etc.].
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and client interactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
