**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company’s footprint across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution networks in assigned regions or segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with clients and partners.
- Provide regular market feedback and prepare business development reports for management.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and merchandising activities in target markets.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of proven experience in sales/business development within the FMCG sector.
- Solid understanding of the retail and distribution landscape
- Experience with both general trade and modern trade channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience launching new products or entering new markets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
