The Customer Service Executive (Business Development) at Bachpan Play School will be responsible for handling inquiries, promoting admissions, maintaining relationships with parents, and supporting school growth initiatives. The role requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and strong relationship management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Admissions**:

- Convert prospective leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and policies.
- **Business Development & Marketing**:

- Identify opportunities for increasing admissions and brand awareness.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and explain the benefits of enrolling their children.
- Support promotional activities such as events, open houses, and parent orientations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach programs and digital campaigns.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing parents and students.
- Address and resolve parents’ queries and concerns professionally.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents to enhance services and satisfaction.
- **Community Engagement & Partnerships**:

- Establish connections with local businesses, preschools, and community centers for collaboration.
- Participate in educational fairs, community events, and networking activities to promote the school.
- **Administrative & Reporting Tasks**:

- Maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on enrollment trends and business growth.
- Work closely with the school management to develop strategies for increasing admissions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, sales, or business development (experience in the education sector is an advantage).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
