**Position Overview**: As a Used Car Evaluator, your primary responsibility is to assess the condition, value, and marketability of pre-owned vehicles. You will conduct thorough inspections, evaluate vehicle history, and provide accurate appraisals to assist in determining fair market prices for resale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Inspection**:

- Perform detailed inspections of used vehicles to assess their mechanical, structural, and cosmetic condition.
- Document findings accurately and comprehensively, noting any defects, damages, or required repairs.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Research current market trends and pricing for similar vehicles to determine competitive market value.
- Consider factors such as mileage, age, condition, and market demand in your evaluations.
- **Appraisal and Valuation**:

- Utilize appraisal tools, guidelines, and industry knowledge to determine the fair market value of used cars.
- Prepare appraisal reports with detailed explanations and justifications for pricing recommendations.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining evaluation results and pricing considerations clearly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and negotiate prices when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales teams, managers, and other evaluators to discuss findings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Work together to ensure accurate vehicle listings and optimal sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in automotive evaluation, dealership operations, or a related field preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, market trends, and valuation techniques.
- **Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in using appraisal tools and software.
- **Communication**: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or licenses may be required depending on local regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: Work primarily in a dealership or automotive sales environment, with occasional outdoor inspections.
- **Schedule**: Typically full-time, with flexibility in hours to accommodate customer appointments and dealership operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
