**Experience**: 2-4 years (Used Car Experience & Automobile Experience)

**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month + Incentive

**Job Type**:

- **Vehicle Evaluation**: Assessing the value and condition of used cars to provide accurate pricing and recommendations.
- **Customer Interaction**: Interacting with customers to assess their vehicle and provide quotations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Used Car Evaluation**:

- Evaluate used cars for their condition, market value, and other relevant factors such as model year, mileage, exterior, and interior condition.
- Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess mechanical, structural, and cosmetic conditions.
- Provide customers with fair, accurate, and competitive pricing for their vehicles based on current market trends and vehicle condition.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed reports on the vehicles evaluated, including all key aspects (condition, market value, repair needs, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, transactions, and client interactions.
- Document any repairs or refurbishments required to maximize vehicle value.
- **Customer Interaction & Negotiation**:

- Interact with customers, providing clear explanations of the evaluation process and vehicle pricing.
- Discuss pricing, offers, and negotiation strategies with customers to close deals efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to vehicle evaluations.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated on the current trends in the used car market, including vehicle pricing, demand, and competitor offers.
- Conduct research to adjust evaluation methods based on market changes and customer demands.
- Analyze historical sales data to refine vehicle evaluation practices.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the accuracy of evaluations by checking all vehicles thoroughly and using standardized evaluation methods.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that only high-quality, well-evaluated vehicles are listed for sale.
- **Collaboration with Sales & Service Teams**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that evaluated vehicles are marketed and sold effectively.
- Collaborate with the service team to identify vehicles requiring repairs or refurbishment before sale.
- **Customer Feedback & Follow-Up**:

- Follow up with customers post-evaluation to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns or questions.
- Gather customer feedback on the evaluation process to improve service quality and customer experience.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Degree.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in evaluating used cars or automobiles, preferably with a background in automobile sales or service.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of automobile mechanics, vehicle parts, and repair processes.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections and accurately assess the market value of used cars.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to discuss offers with customers and close deals.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and reporting.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the evaluation process.

**Salary & Benefits**:
