  • Lead the Used Car sales team to meet & exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets. Shine+2MYTAT+2
  • Monitor performance metrics (volume, revenue, margins, days-in-inventory etc.) and take corrective action as needed.
  • Oversee acquisition of used vehicles (trade‑ins, auctions, third‑party sources).
  • Ensure proper valuation of used cars to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.
  • Manage vehicle preparation (inspection, cleaning, minor repairs) so that presentation meets dealership / Toyota standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for both sales & after-sales. MYTAT+2Shine+2
  • Handle customer inquiries, grievances, negotiations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with trends in the used car market: demand, popular models, competitor pricing etc. MYTAT+1
  • Use data/market intelligence to adjust pricing, marketing strategies, and inventory mix.
  • Recruit, manage, mentor used car sales executives, appraisers, evaluators, etc.
  • Set performance standards, conduct performance reviews, coaching etc.
