**Job Description**:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support a cross-functional team of supply chain professionals responsible for indirect spend.- Source, procure and review Purchase Orders (POs) to identify and correct problems preventing payment.- Collaborate with NG Accounts Payable, Receiving, Tax and internal customers.- Contact and coordinate with NG suppliers to ensure billing accuracy.- Provide input and comply with Northrop Grumman internal principles and operating practices (PrOP).- Assist managerial staff with training Buyers and SCAs on accounts payable matters.- Develop and track organizational progress for invoice and payment performance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Accounting, Business, or Mathematics related field and 1-2 years of professional experience in a Global Supply Chain or Accounts Payable environment OR a Master's Degree and 0 or more years of procurement, supply chain, or closely related business experience; 4 additional years of supply chain experience may be considered in lieu of a degree (Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience)- A proven ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment, balancing multiple tasks, changing requirements/priorities, and short deadlines.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Capable analytical skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing supplier performance.- Management of Supply Chain organization or Functional Project Teams.- Experience in supplier development / management.- Experience in SAP/SRM procurement module.- Program or project management expertise.

Salary Range: $51,200.00 - $76,800.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
