Sales / Admission Executive responsibilities:
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Handling Zoho for leads management
- Develop and maintain new relationships to result in referrals
- Participate in visit programs, yield events and other special events
- Meet weekly and monthly admissions goals according to target.
- Provide solutions to increase census and improve/enhance resident profile
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of service.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Maintaining record of verbal communication acceptances of courses
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.
- Maintain good professional client relations.
Sales / Admission Executive requirements:
- Prior experience in in-bound and out-bound calling
- Minimum Graduation required
- Ready to work in the office
- Computer literate
- Immediate Joiner
- Good verbal communication
- Fluent in statistics, scripting, and spreadsheets and technology
- Demonstrated product knowledge and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cold calling and incoming calls
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
