Position: Business Head - Mid Markets in Debt Advisory

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Team of Professionals for Business Development / Credit Underwriting
- Heading Business Development in Mid Markets and maintaining relationship with Clients / DSA / other intermediaries
- Understand client financial requirement along with acumen to fit the same in available credit product in the market.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy
- Interact with internally and with potential investors to place clientele requirement

**Requirements**:
1. 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Development / Credit Appraisal / Credit Analyst working with Bank / NBFC/Credit Rating Agencies / Other Market Intermediaries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain 360 Degree relationships.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
