Pithampur, India PS Camshafts Pvt Ltd Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Inspections**: Conduct inspections on camshafts at various stages of production, including after CNC, VMC, HMC, Induction Hardening, and Grinding processes.
- **Measuring & Testing**: Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other instruments to verify the accuracy of dimensions and tolerances.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and ensure that all camshafts meet the specified quality standards outlined in drawings, control plans, and customer requirements.
- **Defect Identification**: Detect any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in the products and immediately report them to the supervisor.
- **Document Control**: Maintain accurate inspection records, including measurements, defects, corrective actions, and production data.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production team to address quality issues and ensure smooth production flow. Participate in daily meetings to discuss quality issues, process improvements, and corrective actions.
- **Support Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all internal and external quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and collaborate with the team to implement effective corrective actions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding product quality, including the number of non-conformities, inspection findings, and quality improvements.

**Qualification**: 12th, ITI, or Diploma

**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in an automotive, precision manufacturing, or camshaft production environment.

Pay: ₹10,022.16 - ₹13,000.00 per month
