Location Sector- 3 Pithampur MP Experience Required 16 years Industry Manufacturing Preference for FMCG experience Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager with over 16 years of proven experience in the manufacturing sector preferably in FMCG The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations production planning process optimization and team leadership Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations including production maintenance quality safety and logistics Ensure achievement of production targets adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery Drive Lean Manufacturing 6 Sigma TPM and other continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reduce costs Lead cross-functional teams to enhance productivity reduce downtime and streamline operational processes Monitor and control budget inventory material flow and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations Collaborate with supply chain procurement QA and R D teams for smooth coordination and effective production planning Implement and ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations HSE Analyze key performance indicators KPIs and present operational reports to senior management Foster a culture of high performance accountability and continuous learning among team members Handle escalations audits and inspections effectively and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related MBA PGDM is a plus Minimum 16 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 10 years in a leadership role Strong preference for candidates with experience in FMCG manufacturing e g food beverages personal care household goods Deep understanding of manufacturing processes automation quality control systems and industry regulations Proficient in ERP systems SAP etc and operational reporting tools Exceptional leadership decision-making and team management skills Strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Preferred Attributes Exposure to high-speed production lines packaging operations and warehouse integration in FMCG setups Demonstrated success in driving cost-saving initiatives plant turnaround or capacity expansion projects Ability to adapt in a fast-paced volume-driven and quality-sensitive environment No transport or conveyance facility will be provided interested candidates can WhatsApp their cvs on 9343693097 or email at hqhrteam1 sanandgroup com Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
