Job Title Lathe Machine Operator Industry Manufacturing Engineering Production Location Pithampur Indore Experience Required 1 to 6 years Salary Range Depend on interview Hike on previous Salary Education ITI Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lathe Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate should be able to operate and maintain manual and or CNC lathe machines to produce precise components as per the technical drawings and specifications Key Responsibilities Set up and operate lathe machines to perform turning facing drilling threading and other operations Read and interpret mechanical drawings blueprints and job orders Select the correct tools fixtures and materials required for each job Measure and inspect finished products using instruments like Vernier calipers micrometers and gauges Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality Maintain the lathe machine by performing routine checks and minor maintenance Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet daily targets Requirements Proven experience as a lathe machine operator in a manufacturing setup Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of different materials like steel aluminum brass etc Familiar with measuring instruments and quality checks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude Preferred Skills Experience with CNC lathe if applicable Basic knowledge of machine maintenance ITI in Turner Fitter Machinist or equivalent Working days - 6 days Monday to Saturday Working Hours - 9 Hours 10am to 7pm Immediate joiners will be preferred Interested candidates can send their resumes and call on 7880120780 Salary - Depend on interview Hike on previous salary Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
