Job Title Lathe Machine Operator Location Sonale Village Bhiwandi Gender Male Experience 3-6 years Qualification Minimum 10th Pass ITI in Turner Machinist or Fitter trade from a recognized institute Salary 15 000 - 18 000 per month Job Responsibilities 1 Operate conventional manual lathe machines to manufacture or repair mechanical components 2 Read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work instructions accurately 3 Measure and verify dimensions using tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges 4 Set up tools chucks and workpieces as per job requirements 5 Perform machining operations such as turning facing threading drilling and boring 6 Maintain lathe machines tools and work area in proper working condition 7 Conduct regular quality checks and report any deviations or machine issues to the supervisor 8 Follow all safety protocols and maintain good housekeeping standards on the shop floor Required Skills Competancies 1 Proven hands-on experience operating manual or semi-automatic lathe machines in a fabrication or mechanical workshop 2 Skilled in reading and understanding mechanical drawings and production specifications 3 Knowledge of other machine shop tools such as milling drilling and grinding 4 Basic understanding of machine maintenance lubrication and safety procedures 5 Experience with CNC lathe machines will be an added advantage 6 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
