Job Description


Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and project deadlines.

Optimize manufacturing processes for cost-effectiveness and minimal waste.

Monitor production output and ensure it aligns with quality and quantity targets.

Ensure adherence to quality standards (API, ASTM, ISO, etc.).

Implement quality checks at different production stages (raw material, forming, welding, coating).

Collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve defects and non-conformance issues.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of spiral pipe manufacturing equipment (e.g., uncoiling, forming, welding, cutting, hydrotesting).

Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Implement preventive maintenance schedules. Supervise and train production staff to enhance skills and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Manage shift schedules and workforce allocation.
