We are looking for a Quality and New Projects Manager to lead quality assurance drive internal and external audits and act as a key liaison for customer quality-related communications The role involves maintaining quality standards across units resolving customer complaints and ensuring compliance with industry norms and certifications Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire quality management system QMS across all units - Camshafts Components and Foundry Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements ISO TS IATF etc Act as the primary point of contact for all customer quality-related communication including feedback complaints and corrective actions Prepare and share detailed quality reports CAPA documentation and audit responses with customers Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits customer audits certification audits etc Coordinate with production maintenance and other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions CAPA Drive initiatives for process improvement defect reduction and first-time-right production Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality inspection equipment and instruments Train and guide quality inspectors and team members on quality standards tools and procedures Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rates rework percentage and customer returns Conduct root cause analysis for major quality concerns and document lessons learned Requirements Qualification B E B Tech Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering Experience 7 years in quality assurance preferably in automotive or auto component manufacturing Strong knowledge of quality tools Hands-on experience with ISO IATF audits customer complaint handling and CAPA processes Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams Ability to manage and guide a team set processes and ensure accountability Strong documentation and reporting skills using MS Office Excel and ERP systems Job Type Full-time Pay 500 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Commuter assistance Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Pithampur Madhya Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s what is your current salary what is your expected salary Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience quality 6 years Preferred Work Location In person
