**What this job involves**:
Making workplace Environmental Health and safety a top priority
Environmental Health and Safety are among the most important aspects of running a business—and JLL’s workplace EHS measures are among the most lauded in the real estate industry. To uphold this image, this position will focus mainly on monitoring workplace EHS through total compliance with government and local regulations under the guidance of EHS Manager

Performing routine inspections will also be within your scope. In this role, you’ll comb through our systems and panels for potential issues. Likewise, you’ll carry out crisis management duties during emergencies, and may even work with all stakeholders to keep the situation confined.

Implement, and monitor overall effectiveness of the Environmental, health and safety programs at facility as per the established EHS procedure
Assist EHS Manager to Ensure annual and Half Yearly PCB returns are submitted on time. Highlighting of issues to the location KAM / CWS Leads on time with suggestions,
Assist 100% implementation, review and documentation on operational control measures like (SOP, WI, Work permit, LOTO, Bypass register, MOC)
Assist in capturing Incidents/Near miss reporting system, generation of incident reports as per the client SLA
Work along with IFM team to develop Site specific EPRP and document below areas Mock Drill calendar, Emergency Response matrix, Mock Drill reports with closure of findings, Training the stake holders on emergency preparedness
Conduct and ensure Trainings are implemented systematically as said below and well documented. Training need identification, Training Calendar, Calendar for all verticals prepared and imparted. Competency Matrix, Training records, Evaluation of training.
Measure and support to achieve set target on Risk Performance Index (RPI) performance
Conduct Fire Health Check of safety systems as per the checklist and ensure compliance
Assist EHS Manager for Management reviews as planned satisfying the below areas Sharing of the Deck 5 days in advance for review Closure of all previous MOM Action items
- Recording and Reporting EHS Objectives and Targets every month
- Identify the Environmental Aspect / Impacts and EHS Hazards related to its activities, products and services through Risk Assessment and update as on required
- Participate and involve in all EHS audits, MRM and ensure closing of relevant audit compliances / observations and preparation of MOM points.
- Updating the Legal Register whenever new amendments received from Management Representative & the Site Specific EHS Monitoring Plan whenever required.
- Updating EY, Delite compliance online tools on monthly basis.
- Approving and reviewing the EHS related Catalyst whenever assigned.
- Support medical health center operations and analysis of cases reported and take appropriate mitigation plan.

Promoting environmental health and safety standards to clients, team

Aside from this, you’ll also be responsible for promoting our own environmental health and safety standards across the board. You must also ensure that our contractors adhere to established safety standards. Your expertise in relationship building will also be handy as you’ll spearhead EHS trainings, support incident investigations, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Essential Criteria
You must have a Diploma in fire and industrial safety / Bachelor’s degree in Environmental occupational health, safety or equivalent with at least 0 to 3 years experience in core EHS function by managing EHS tools and systems across complex, properties.
