Strong knowledge in WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Procedure Qualification Record), and PQP (Project Quality Plan) preparationProficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Willing to work in shifts and manage engineering.Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniquesCommitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulationsProject management skillsProblem-solving abilityTeamwork skillsAbility to occasionally work late shifts -Proficiency in preparing NDE (Non-Destructive Examination) Procedures and reports, along with experience in reviewing and preparing QA/QC documentation.
