We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts cum Admin Executive** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both accounting responsibilities and administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Accounts**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger
- Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI filings, and coordinate with external auditors
- Monitor company expenses and process reimbursements
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting records

**Admin**:

- Handle general office administration, procurement of office supplies, and vendor coordination
- Support HR functions such as attendance management, employee onboarding, and documentation
- Ensure proper maintenance of office premises and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (0-4 years) in accounting and administration
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High level of integrity and professionalism

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in a similar dual-role environment
- Basic computer knowledge
- working of excel or google docs
- excellent communication skills
