Location Kollam We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting functions as well as support general administrative operations This dual-role position is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative functioning Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records Prepare and manage invoices receipts and payment vouchers Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely bank deposits payments Maintain ledgers and assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and compliance Manage payroll processing and statutory filings PF ESI TDS GST etc Administrative Duties Oversee office administration maintain documentation and filing systems Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and school resources Support HR activities such as attendance leave records and employee onboarding Coordinate with vendors and service providers Provide general support to school staff and management Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting and office administration Proficiency in Tally MS Office especially Excel and accounting software Strong understanding of statutory compliance GST TDS PF ESI Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
