**Job Description of Collection Executive**
- Review accounts that are behind on their payments to determine appropriate action.
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments.
- Answer customer enquiries.
- Discuss options available to customers who are facing pending dues, direct the action to manager in

order to come to mutually acceptable arrangements which prevent further litigation action.
- Adhere to appropriate timescales and regulatory requirements to ensure recovery of customer

accounts.
- Achieve day wise call targets, monthly collection targets both individually and team base and Key

Performance Indicators.
- Liaise with sales and resolve customer queries/complaints.
- Excellent Communication and numeric skills.
- Data input to MS Excel and CRM systems
- Computer literate including a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Maintaining and updating recovery job sheet on daily bases.
- Able to follow processes and recommend improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
