- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management or similar field

PURPOSE: Collections executives are responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts from clients and customers and are responsible to follow up with sales team and inform customers of their overdue bills and attempt to collect payment to mitigate company losses.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Reviewing the company debtor list
- Follow up with sales team for collection received
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments
- Following collection process and maintaining customer payment records.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Tally experience is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
