**Designation: Collection Executive**

Qualification & Experience Work Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, or related field.
- **2+ years of experience in Field Collections.**:

- Individuals should have Strong and powerful communication skills.
- Individuals should have Strong build and personality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department.
- Contacting debtors by telephone and by visiting the Addresses to enact and negotiate debt recovery.
- Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.
- Negotiating settlements to receive payment on a certain percentage of the debt.
- Keeping hard copy and electronic records of all communications, payment plans agreed to, and amounts paid.
- Initiating legal and repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
