b) Preparation of project specific Procurement strategy and Procurement Operating Plan

c) Preparation of RFQ, General Conditions and Special Conditions of Purchase

d) Floating RFQ and arranging detailed techno-commercial quotations on time.

e) Coordination internally & externally for technical clearance of quotations

f) Commercial evaluation of quotations.

g) Negotiating with vendors and completion of Approval process for finalized vendors

h) Formation and Release of Purchase Orders

i) Expediting with vendors for ordered materials for timely approvals and delivery of materials.

j) Coordination with engineering and quality for document approvals and inspection clearances.

k) Managing Post-supply technical and commissioning services of Vendors

l) Resolution of conflicts, if any arises with vendors during order execution

m) Generating various purchase reports.

n) Coordinating with Accounts & Store for GRN clearance and Vendor payments

o) Vendor Development and Management

p) Managing Procurement Audits

q) Estimation of Direct Cost for proposals on requirement basis
