Bartender Steward

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bartending Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems.
- Suggest beverages to guests and answer questions about menu items and drink pairings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Stewarding/Service Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests when needed, presenting menus and explaining specials.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
- Clear and clean tables, ensuring a tidy and presentable dining area.
- Assist in setting up the dining area before service and closing it down after service.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas and restock supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments.
- Support kitchen staff and other team members during busy periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a bartender, steward, or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bartending training/certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
