**ROLES AND DUTIES**
- Cleanliness & hygiene to be maintained of F&B items, Timely trainings to be given to the stewards and below in line, assist the guest.
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar. Create drink recipes.
- Order or requisition liquors and supplies. Supervise the work of bar staff and other bartenders, maintain bar inventory, business generation & Incentives for sale generation to be considered.

**SKILL SET**
- Communicational skills
- Detail oriented and guest service skills
- Timely training to junior level.
- Complete knowledge of Bar

**LANGUAGE**
- English Required

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
