**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives** to promote and sell our range of BRISCAD Software versions—to customers across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Nashik regions. Each product line represents a unique solution for different engineering needs, and we are looking for professionals with the ability to understand technical products and translate their benefits to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify and qualify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

**2. Solution Selling**:
Understand customer requirements and offer product recommendations based on their needs.

Work with the technical team for product demos, POCs, and solution presentations.

**3. Sales Closure & Reporting**:
Prepare and send proposals/quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and share weekly progress reports with the sales manager.

**4. Client Relationship Management**:
Build strong post-sales relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the technical and support teams for implementation follow-up.

**Education**:
Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering fields preferred.

**MBA in Marketing or Sales** is highly preferred.

**Experience**:
2-5 years of B2B field sales experience in technical/engineering/IT products.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
