The role holder will be responsible for planning, developing, and leading the marketing and communications strategy at the corporate level for the organization’s luxury portfolio. This includes crafting cross-platform communication, managing media and public relations, and executing media strategies with a consistent focus on innovation and brand excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **formulation and execution of marketing strategies** to ensure a strong competitive presence in the luxury segment.
- **Support budget planning and management** to ensure optimal allocation and ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Drive the **positioning, development, and reinforcement of the brand identity and value proposition** in line with business goals.
- Oversee the **creation and rollout of all marketing materials** (collaterals, brochures, etc.) aligned with the luxury brand aesthetic and communication tone.
- Take ownership of the **company’s digital presence**, including website content, social media, and digital campaigns; ensure consistency and value in all outreach efforts.
- **Plan and implement media strategies** across print, digital, and other channels, ensuring effective visibility and audience engagement.
- Conceptualize and manage **premium promotional events and activations**, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and conduct regular **market and competitor analysis** to inform strategic decisions.
- Establish systems for **data collection and insight generation** to track market dynamics and evaluate campaign performance.
- **Collaborate with external agencies and partners** to co-brand and amplify marketing campaigns and events.

**Profile**
- **2+ years of experience** in a strategic marketing role
- **Prior experience in the luxury segment is mandatory**:

- Strong understanding of brand positioning, media planning, and digital marketing
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
