**Key Requirements**:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
